I was looking all over for someone to clean my laundry duct and wasn't really sure what to expect since I'd never had it done before. From the first phone call, the customer service was excellent. They were friendly, informative, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which made me feel much more comfortable scheduling the service. Eli was professional, on time, and did an excellent job. The whole process was quick, and he explained everything clearly. I'm so glad I chose them, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The Duct Cleaners got here FAST. They didn't clean my dryer vent from the outside, just from the inside (bc it is on the second floor). Stacy, Eddie & Chris were super polite and efficient. Pretty happy overall with the service.    They came in and immediately inspected the dryer duct.  They provided me with before and after videos to inspect the work.
